- Polarcor laminated polarizers - these parts are built by laminating a very stable glass dichroic polarizer between radiation tolerant BK7-G18 windows. The lamination adhesive is chosen for high adhesion and low outgassing. The resultiing product has superior wavefront, parallelism, surface quality, and robustness.
- Bi-crystalline achromatic waveplate - these parts are built by combining a quartz substrate and a sapphire substrate to produce a zero-order waveplate. This waveplate can be designed to optimize achromaticity, athermal behavior, and field of view. The two substrates are air spaced to accomodate CTE mismatches of the substrates and allow for higher fluences.

- Alignment of polarization optics - Frequently customers would prefer to align polarization optics to a mechanical datum instead of an optical datum. Since
Meadowlark builds, uses, and sells equipment for aligning polarization optics, this is no problem for us to do in-house. Mechanical datums can be made using slots or chords on the glass or other datums on a mount.
- Mounting of polarization optics - Customers sometimes prefer to receive the optic already mounted, aligned, and ready to bolt into their system. Meadowlark is well acquainted with many mounting techniques and has the facilities to mount and align optics in a custom housing of your design.
