VersaLight NIR and IR take advantage of the many benefits of Meadowlark polarizers and have been designed for use from 450 to 2000 nm. Each part is coated on both sides with an antireflective formula that covers a broad wavelength range. We also coat each polarizer with a protective layer on the wire grid to prevent a user from accidentally damaging the component. Were we to not provide this protection, the wire grid could be removed by something as simple as the swipe of a fingertip or application of a cleaning solution.
